Horizontal Form Fill & Seal Machines

The PACKITEC HFFS pouch machine creates pouches from a roll of packaging material, fills them with a product (such as liquid, powder, grains, Solid, Paste, Tablets, etc.), and seals the pouches. 

We have HFFS mechanical CAM-operated machines as well as H3 NEXT series, which is a complete full servo series. 

Customization is possible in machine construction, filling system, and pouch forming sequence according to customer application, pouch style, product to be filled, working environment, and different industries.

Compatible with different filling systems:

  • Multi-Head Weigher Linear Weigher
  • Auger Powder Filler
  • Liquid / Paste Filler

Pouches can be created in an HFFS machine:

Plain & Stand Up pouch with or without a Zipper

and a Hanging hole, Plain and stand-up pouch with

Corner or Center Spout.
